When someone speaks of you negatively, be flattered. To be in someone’s mind is to have power over them. Revel in the fact that they subconsciously reserve thoughts and energy for you.
This is gold.
our president is a sarcastic motherfucker.

Let it goDon’t let it go
When Iris is about six months into her pregnancy with her first child, Cicily, she and Cilan consult with the doctor about a birth plan. The doctor asks Iris if she has any preferences for pain relief, and Iris reveals she’s not interested in getting any.
This catches Cilan off guard. He tries to convince Iris that getting medication would be logical, and that she has nothing to worry about; it’s a safe process, after all. Iris shrugs and says she knows it’s safe, she just doesn’t think she needs any. Cilan continues to try to talk her into it, and she eventually consents to writing that she may request an epidural at any time during her labor, but she takes his doubt as a challenge.
When her water breaks, Cilan is at his class, teaching. Iris is, however, with Georgia and Trip at the time, and both freak out and tell her they need to get to the hospital right away. Iris is very chill about it, though, like, “This isn’t even that bad…”
Georgia gets ahold of Burgundy, who’s on her prep hour at the PCA, and Burgundy interrupts Cilan’s class to inform him his wife is in labor. Burgundy takes over his class as Cilan rushes to the hospital.
He finds that Iris is handling herself well when he shows up, though her birth is moving very quickly. She’s at six centimeters, and after another hour, she’s at ten and ready to push. Those last four centimeters are not pleasant ones, however. She’s very much in pain, and Cilan has to help her measure her breathing. Cilan and the nurse ask her several times if she wants the epidural, but she continually insists she doesn’t. She doesn’t want to give in.
And she doesn’t. Some tears are shed and she nearly bruises Cilan’s hand, but she never breaks. She so badly wants to prove Cilan wrong that she grits her teeth and bears the pain, and she successfully gives birth without the epidural.
Several hours later, after Cicily has been cleaned up and her birth certificate has been filled out and signed, Cilan and Iris are sitting together on her bed with their new baby. Cilan is holding Cicily and the exhausted Iris is leaning up against him and trying to stay awake for a few more minutes.
While watching Cicily sleep, Iris suddenly mumbles, “I told you I could do it.” Cilan looks at her and gets a little emotional, because dang, his wife sure is amazing. He chuckles and says, “You did,” before kissing her.
Iris also gives birth to her next two children without epidurals, each time becoming progressively easier. All of Iris’s lady friends are very confused and alarmed she does this all naturally; three times, no less. Georgia at some point makes the comment that she did use medication when she gave birth, and she still never wanted to do it again.
I will never get over this scene.
i’m sorry, but do you know where i live?
Everything is available in my country.

CLEARLY THAT EGG WAS MADE BY COMMUNISTS
ARE YOU TRYING TO TURN US INTO COMMIES
i just figured out the perfect murder
kill someone and bury them in their own garden
that way if the police find them they’ll think it was a suicide
#welp looks like the victim committed suicide and promptly buried themselves in their garden #how considerate of them
